The staff at the hotel were excellent, providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were modern and clean, and the staff quickly resolved any issues we had. The restaurant staff were also great, accommodating our late arrival and not rushing us out. For those looking for a quieter breakfast experience, I highly recommend the private access lounge on the top floor.

The hotel had a large and clean lobby, and the staff were friendly and cute. They provided a lot of assistance and spoke good English. The room I stayed in was spacious, well-maintained, and had great amenities like a minibar and tea/coffee making facilities. The spa area was relaxing and had various facilities such as saunas, steam rooms, and a pool. The staff in the spa were helpful and made sure I had everything I needed.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center, requiring a 40-minute walk or a bus ride. The location was a bit inconvenient for exploring the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was really good, with attentive yet unobtrusive staff. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits and delicious local pastries. The in-room restaurant service was excellent, especially the vegetable risotto and soups. The spa facilities were excellent, with a great massage service, spacious sauna and hammam, and a large warm pool. We loved the location, as it was conveniently situated between the city center and the ocean, with easy access to both areas using public transportation. We were particularly grateful for the excellent room service, as our children made a mess, but it was cleaned thoroughly every day.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me as a business traveler. It was close to the center but still in a quiet area, allowing me to have a peaceful stay. The staff was very helpful in trying to help me locate a ceramic store that I needed to visit for a meeting. the hotel was not far from the hop-on hop-off bus stop, making it convenient for me to explore the city during my free time.

This hotel's WIFI was unreliable and rarely worked, even after rebooting the system. This minor issue caused time, wasting when trying to book the next hotel online.
